Life can be hectic and put the body under all sorts of pressures, stresses and strains.  

From the daily commute to getting the job done, there are many elements of the day where bad habits, poor posture and muscle tension can creep in. These can all give rise to discomfort and chronic or difficult to treat problems later on – from headaches to neck pain, lower back pain, and loss of concentration.
