“ People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . there is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . so constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.” — MARCUS AURELIUS
Life can be challenging, full of texture and seasonal changes. This is how we learn and discover extraordinary and beautiful things which will shape us into what we are and what we will be. Through these seasons it’s important to self-care and understand that the concepts of healthy foods, mind agility and body movement are paramount to maintain a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle. Giving choices will help this understanding, subsequently choices will turn into lifestyle changes, changes which will not be hard to implement but fun to conquer. These three apparently unrelated topics are brought together with Mery’s experience with her degree (BSc) in healthcare, a masters degree (MSc )in high performance psychology and a deep understanding of body movement as a fully certified Garuda and Pilates instructor as well as a rehabilitation specialist.
